Lowongan Finance and Human Resources Manager Vacancy 2011 Surabaya

Our client, leading independent leaf tobacco merchant who provides worldwide service to the large cigarette manufacturers needs result oriented and high achiever professionals, with good interpersonal skills for the following positions:
FINANCE MANAGER – SURABAYA BASED (FM)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Commerce graduate and a qualified Chartered/Certified Accountant
- Experience of 8 — 10 years in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, financial report analysis, and accounting
- Familiar with US GAAP accounting and SOXLEY requirements
- Handling financial projections and credit applications to bank/financial institutions and dealing with bank/financial institutions
- Having knowledge of foreign currency and hedging
- Working in similar position for at least 2 years with a medium to large company
- Willing to travel within and outside Indonesia
- Fluent in English, computer literate
- Strong analytical & strategic thinking
- Work well under pressure of tight deadlines is essential
- Self-motivated with strong initiative, creative & innovative, result oriented and high achiever, willing to learn & to try something new

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – SURABAYA BASED (HRM)
Requirements
- Primary focus in developing Human Resources department including the systems
- Provide support services related to organizational development, performance management, competency development, recognition, rewards and compensations, and industrial relations
- Having at least a minimum 8 years related experience as Human Resources Manager, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Having degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or an allied field, and an advanced degree would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are pivotal for this role, the incumbent are required to interact with people from cross levels
- Possess high initiative and maturity level, sound leadership skill, and strong problem solving capacity
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is prerequisite
The interviews will be conducted in Jakarta and Surabaya.
