The Senior Application Administrator is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, supporting, developing and implementing key business applications, systems, and interfaces. Additionally, the Senior Application Administrator is responsible for mentoring less experienced staff.

The Senior Application Administrator provides complex project work in support of the enterprise-wide activities in Corporate Development, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Service Development, Stakeholder and External Services, and Risk Management. RequirementsRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field -OR- 4+ years relevant combination of education and professional work experience
- 3+ years experience in a systems administrator role working with a relevant combination of the following: scripting/programming languages (VB.net, VBScript and PowerShell), Microsoft Windows, UNIX, SAN, Messaging, Enterprise software applications and Client technologies
- Experience in providing technical leadership for medium to large projects or initiatives</li>
- Ability to be part of an on-call rotation
Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of Relational Database Management System concepts and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies</li>
- Experience developing canned and ad-hoc reports and writing reporting solutions in SQL developer, Access, etc
- Oracle databases; PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Server; SQL, and exposure to Financial applications
- Knowledge of HTML and Java Script
- Knowledge of SharePoint Server Technologies
- SAP R/3 or ECC 6.0 a plus
- Ability to document, communicate, and implement innovative solutions
- Experience leading small to medium projects or initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of test planning, coordination and execution
