Tax and Accounting Officer
General Responsibilities:
- Familiar with Monthly and Annual Tax Payment and Report (e-SPT), regular tax and custom audit and objection.
- Having good understanding on the update Tax regulation
- Prepare and process billings, review to assure completeness and accuracy statements
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
- Analyze accounts receivable monthly, prepare related reports and communicate results to other department heads.
- Participate in monthly accounting cycle, accounting closes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in Tax or AP/AR.
- Experience working with Income Statements and Balance Sheets
- Computer literacy in applicable accounting programs including excel
- Certified Bravet A and B.
- Willing to work under contractual basis throughout company outsourcing partner
