Berman Property Maintenance & Construction has just entered the Southern New Jersey market and is looking for hard working team players to join our staff! We are currently well established in other markets in the Country and want to build a presence here in the Garden State. If you are a self starter, dedicated and passionate worker, this is the right place for you. 

This is a FULL TIME POSITION being hired immediately! 

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

- Home and Commercial repairs and maintenance. 
- Emergency repairs and troubleshooting exisiting home construction i.e. leaks, roof      issues,electrical, HVAC, and plumbing problems
- Basic HVAC, plumbing and electric repairs without the help of subordinates or vendors at times.
- Candidate will travel 25% of the time within the State of New Jersey.
- Managing outside vendors if required. 
- Touch up painting and Drywall Repair
- Minor Plumbing, Electric and HVAC Troubleshooting and Repair
- Minor irrigation and landscaping repairs and maintenance. 
- Pressure washing. 
- Full Home and Commercial Repairs will be self performed by this position.
- Some weekend and night hours may be required to accomodate client's schedules. 

This position involves many hours of work each day and only the strong hearted individual looking to work hard and be rewarded for same will succeed.

 Requirements

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED:

1- Clean Criminal Background. 

2- Previous employment in the handyman, construction or real estate management fields a must.
3- Knowledge of troubleshooting, performing and monitoring repair requests as specified above.
4- Painting skills.
5- Previous experience repairing various household appliances.
6- MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS (reimbursement provided for vehicle usage).

- Successful passing of a drug screening will be required prior to employment offer.
