URGENTLY REQUIRED at PT. STAR GLOBAL INDONESIA
1. ACCOUNTING STAFF
- Male/ Female, age between 28 — 33 years old
- Min. D3/Bachelor Diploma majoring in Accounting, Financial or Economy
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Strong knowledge in Accounting System, Finance Management
- Minimum 2 years experienced in Finance & Accounting
- Strong analitycal thinking, detail orientation and proactive
- Self motivated, hardworking, excellent attitudes, target oriented and strong leadership quality with ability to motivate team
- Able to work under pressure and good team work
- Having experience in any field related in filing, documentation, finance and reporting.
- Having experience in preparing document related with Tax report (SSP, PPH, PPN) – Self starter, able to work with minimum supervision and good time management
- The candidate will be expected to perform in invoicing, AR, AP, Finance, preparing and filing document related with accounting.
2. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/ BUSINESS MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve the monthly / yearly target
- Build and maintain relationship with customers
- Can operate softwares like Adobe, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
- Involved in building strong brand awareness as well as handling for promotions, media placements and events
- Developing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- Develop and set business marketing strategy including targeted sales volume and profit forecasts as well as promotional, distribution and market development tactics
- Working together with other Management team, develop profitable product platforms through research initiatives and directs the marketplace
- Supports Sales by presenting to major customers relevant data on products, trends, consumer profiles, brand and competition
- Develop, test and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, advertising and merchandizing programs

- Have good experience min. 2 years in product management/marketing especially in area of consumer electronics or telecommunication
- Creative, intelligent, patient, pro-active & loyal, target oriented and able to work under deadline
- Honesty and integrity is a must
- Having broad network and database
- Good planning and organizational skill
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skill
- Must be a strong team player but able to work independently
- Highly motivated, adaptable and able to work under pressure and target
