Accounting Supervisor

Qualification :
  • Female/Male max 35 years old
  • Background S1 Accountant/Economic graduated from reputable university
  • Having experiences in the same field min 3 years
  • Having strong understanding in making Financial Statement
  • Able to perform the financial statement analysis of the actual figure
  • Having strong knowledge and experiences in tax related matter (i.e.: tax audit, tax planning, etc)
  • Having good understanding in Microsoft Office and information system
  • Having experiences in the multinational manufacturing company would be an advantage
  • Having knowledge in budgeting and forecasting process would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge in the ERP system would be an advantage
  • Able to communicate both in English and Indonesia language effectively
Responsibilities :
  • Maintain the full set of accounts by reviewing and analyzing detailed account reconciliation and variance analysis to ensure the integrity of monthly, quarterly and yearly Financial Statement.
  • Control all transactions inputted in the Accounting information system
  • Prepare and review the tax reporting packages for both monthly and yearly report
  • Controlling inventory movement for both raw material and finish product

HR SPECIALIST
General Requirements:
  • Male, age 33-40 years old
  • Bachelor degree in all majors from reputable university with GPA above 2,75
  • Have experience min. 5 years in HR/HRGA field from manufacturing/consumer goods/textile industry
  • Good command in English both verbal and written
  • Healthy and has a high work motivation
  • Computer literate (Ms Office application)
  • Has a strong leadership and experience in supervising (direct/indirect) more than 300 employees in manufacturing/consumer goods/textile industry
  • Never involved in criminal cases
  • Good leadership, intrapersonal & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent administration, good in intrapersonal & Interpersonal skills and working in a team
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills & presentation skills
  • Well organized and detailed oriented
  • Persistent and tough attitude is a must
  • Familiar with HR policies and procedure
Special Requirements:
  • Understand concerned labor laws in Indonesia
  • Able to formulate a strategy of human resource management policies, based on long-term strategy and short term corporate plan
  • Able to plan annual budgets for HR and General Affairs
  • Master and able to make the salary structure by considering the ability of the company, market conditions etc.
  • Master and able to create training programs, start from ranging the TNA (Training Need Analyses), organizing training, training materials, procedures / working instruction and training evaluation.
  • Able to plan and implement employee development programs outside training
  • Understand and able to run ISO systems (ISO 9001/ISO TS)
  • Ability to create & implement ISO procedures and Work Instruction
  • Experienced in running the recruitment system, start from making recruitment procedures, labor requirements analysis , recruitment process and employee performance evaluation in particular as well as regular (annual)
  • Experienced in running an HR computerized system such as payroll, attendance system etc.
  • Understand the calculation of personal tax system
  • Having a car driving license
  • Understand the coordination with the Department of Labor and/or other labor related departments
  • Knowing and understanding the procedures for conflict resolution and industrial relations
  • Has a good negotiation skill in term of preparing the company regulations or collective labor
  • Experienced in associated with union labor employees
  • Experienced in organization
