1. Education Background :
a. At least Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering ( For No. 1 – 4 )
b. At least Bachelor Degree in Project Management ( For No. 5 )
c. At Least Bachelor Degree In Civil Engineer (For No. 6)
d. At least Bachelor Degree In any Major (No. 
e. At least Diploma 3 Secretarial Academic, or Bachelor degree in Accounting (For No. 7)

2. Working experience :
a. 8 – 10 years working experience at the same field (No, 1)
b. 5 – 8 years working experience at the same field (No. 2,5,6)
c. 2 years working experience (No. 3,7)
d. 10 -12 years working experiences with at least 5 years in Managerial Level (No. 4),
having experience in Shipping, Export and Import
e. Having experiences for the same Industrial background of Company

3. Others :
- Good communication skill, speak good English verbal & written, able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
